The hotel may be great value for money but the staff is really rude and unhelpful ! Especially the bell desk and the front desk! But the hotel is very very comfortable and great views from the top floors
They are very strict on visitor’s entry to the rooms which is a major hindrance and the bell boys also make a fuss about luggage being taken into the room!

The downtown location of the Baiyoke Suite Hotel is good, especially for those intending to do wholesale clothes shopping. Near the Airport Rail station (200m) and walking distance. Buffet breakfast (nice view of downtown from 43rd floor) included with decent food spread. Not that near to Siam Square or MBK for walking but very close to Platinum and lots of wholesale shops downstairs. Being a 1 bedroom apartment, the room was spacious and clean.
The furnishings and fixtures extremely old and ventilation poor (only a small 1.5ft x 1ft grilled window in the toilet had ventilation – all other windows and sliding doors were locked). Notwithstanding old furnishings and fixtures(lighting in the room was extremely poor), the room was clean. Asked for King sized bed got 2 singles instead. “Suites” did not give an accurate depiction. In the confirmation email, it was stated that there is a bus shuttle service to the Airport rail station but I was told by the hotel staff no such service and it is near enough to walk; despite the fact I had to carry 2 luggage.
